BetMGM has the deepest lobby in regulated US iGaming and respectable payouts. We read the bonus terms, the cashier rules and the MGM Rewards maths to see what it is really worth.
The best game library in regulated US iGaming, with 220+ exclusives and payouts that can arrive in about a day by PayPal. The welcome offer is weaker than its banner: deposit matches carry 15x wagering and spins expire in three days. MGM Rewards helps only if you visit MGM resorts.
Best for: Slot and jackpot players in MI, NJ, PA or WV who value resort comps
The short version: BetMGM Casino has the deepest lobby in regulated US iGaming, and its payout speed is respectable but not instant. The thing to watch is the paperwork around the welcome offer. Deposit matches carry a 15x wagering requirement, the bonus spins expire in three days, and the biggest numbers on the banner only appear if you log in every day for weeks.
BetMGM Casino is live in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, with state licences from regulators such as the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. That list matters because the game count changes with the state you sit in. Casino.org's review puts Michigan at roughly 2,500 games and West Virginia at just over 1,000, so a headline figure of "thousands of slots" describes the best case, not every player.
Where BetMGM really separates itself is exclusives. Casino.org counts more than 220 titles you cannot get elsewhere, including shared progressive slots with jackpots that can reach $3 million, and over 50 LuckyTap games such as Plinko LuckyTap. IGT's MegaJackpots titles like Golden Goddess and Cleopatra are here too, with prizes that can pass $500,000. Software comes from NetEnt, Red Tiger, WMS, Ainsworth and NextGen among others.
Live dealer is the soft spot. The same review says the live selection can feel smaller in some states, so a table-game player in West Virginia should check the lobby before depositing.
As of November 2026 the offer has two parts, and they work differently.
Bonus spins. A deposit of at least $10 gets 100 spins at once. Log in on nine more days and you collect another 100 each day, up to 1,000. The spins carry a 10x wagering requirement and expire three days after they land.
Spin the Wheel. You get one spin a day for seven days, starting the day after your first deposit. The wheel can pay BetMGM Reward Points or a deposit match of up to 100% up to $200, which adds up to $1,400 across the week. Match winnings are subject to a 15x wagering requirement.
Our reading: the offer is generous only if you were going to play on most of those days anyway. Someone who deposits once and drifts away collects a fraction of it. The 15x on matches is also on the high side next to some rivals, and BetMGM has no cashback promotion of the kind BetRivers runs. Read the terms for your state before you deposit, because wagering rules and expiry windows are the part that decides whether a bonus is worth anything.
The minimum deposit is $10 on every method. Withdrawals have a $20 floor on most methods, higher than the $1 minimum that Fanatics Casino offers. Casino.org says requests are normally reviewed within 24 hours and that e-wallet payouts, PayPal especially, can land in about a day. Cards and bank routes take longer, and a check by mail is available if you want the slow option.
The rest of the picture comes down to verification. Casino.org notes that some transactions can carry fees or delays, which fits the usual pattern: finish identity checks before your first cash-out request, not after. We would plan on one to three business days for PayPal and several for cards, and treat anything faster as a bonus.
BetMGM Rewards is the programme formerly called M life Rewards, and it is the main reason to pick this casino over DraftKings. Points depend on the game: every $100 wagered on slots earns 20 points, while $100 on live dealer games earns 4. There are five tiers, and points convert into bonuses, cash or express comps at MGM properties.
The honest maths is modest. Twenty points per $100 of slot play is a small return, and the programme pays off mostly for people who already travel to MGM resorts in Las Vegas or elsewhere. If that is you, the link is a real perk. If you live in Pittsburgh and never visit Nevada, treat the points as a minor cash rebate and nothing more.
Choose BetMGM if you want the biggest slot and exclusive-jackpot selection in a regulated state, you will log in daily for the first ten days, and you value resort comps. Skip it if you want a low-effort bonus with no daily chores, a large live-dealer room in a smaller-lobby state, or $1 withdrawals.
Online casino games are entertainment that costs money, not a way to earn income, and the house edge never goes away. Set a deposit limit before your first spin and do not chase losses with a second deposit. Players in the US who feel play is getting out of hand can reach a helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER, and BetMGM itself offers deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in the account settings.
